Chiara Smith is a dedicated advocate, community leader, and lifelong resident of the 14621 community, committed to creating a safer, healthier, and more equitable Rochester for all. With years of experience addressing systemic issues like gun violence, housing instability, and mental health, Chiara has a proven track record of delivering results. As the founder of the 14621 Food Stands, she has championed food security and supported vulnerable families during times of crisis. Through CTS Consulting, Chiara works with organizations to foster racial equity, build trust, and engage communities in meaningful solutions. Her vision for city council focuses on tackling community violence, expanding mental health resources, addressing the housing crisis, and raising awareness around overdose prevention. Chiara believes in listening to residents, learning from their experiences, and implementing solutions that reflect the needs and values of the entire Rochester community.
