Kevin’s father and grandfather both worked at Eastman Kodak and his mother and grandfather devoted their careers to educating the young scholars of our community. Spending his weekends at his family’s Christmas tree farm and working in restaurants for nearly 15 years taught him the value of hard work and building genuine connections. After graduating college with a triple degree, Kevin supported housing justice and civil rights movements while dedicating himself to addressing food insecurity in the area - working directly with more than 30 local community gardens, as a board member for 490 Farmers, and creating a sustainable food systems model through his work at EquiCenter. Having spent the last two years as a Legislative Aide for a City Council member, he now works at the Police Accountability Board and is proud to be joining The People’s Slate once again.
